Connect your assistant

Add the server once. The first time it connects, your assistant opens your browser to sign in — each person signs in as themselves. After that it can read curriculum and draft edits; an editor reviews every proposal before anything goes live.

Codex

Older Codex versions: add [mcp_servers.earlyatlas] with url = "https://api.earlyatlas.com/mcp" to ~/.codex/config.toml, then run the login command.

Any other MCP-capable assistant: point it at https://api.earlyatlas.com/mcp. No client id or callback port to configure — the server registers your assistant automatically, and sign-in is required to connect.

What your assistant can do

After a one-time sign-in, your assistant can:

Plan lessons

Ask about the child’s age, domain, teaching approach, or topic, then find an activity and explain it as a simple lesson.

Propose edits

Add or improve curriculum: your assistant drafts the proposal and previews it, then submits it for editorial review. An editor reviews it before anything goes live.
